Derwent WPI has been enhanced with Japanese Patent Classification Data
Japanese Patent Classifications (FI-Terms) and FTERMs have been introduced in the DWPI database (files WPINDEX/WPIDS/WPIX) in December 2008. About 5.25 million Japanese patents in about 4.5 million DWPI documents have been equipped with current Japanese Classification data for 1966 to 2007.
