Immunoconjuagtes, also known as antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), are an emerging class of biopharmaceutical drugs designed for targeted cancer therapy. Unlike chemotherapy alone, those drugs are intended to target and kill tumor cells while sparing healthy cells.

ADCs are generally composed of a targeting antibody linked to a cytotoxic payload or drug.
