STN E-Seminar: Searching the Derwent enhanced polymer indexing system on CAS STNext^®

Polymers can be described in many different ways in patent literature – from structure drawings, to specific polymer names, starting materials, etc. Derwent has created an indexing system to greatly simplify the searching of and improve the retrieval of polymer information in patents. This e-Seminar will discuss the Derwent enhanced polymer indexing system in detail, and will include examples of polymer searches in the Derwent World Patents Index database using these concepts. This e-Seminar is for intermediate and experienced searchers.
