The Unitary Patent in CAS STNext^®

The new Unitary Patent (UP) system officially launched on June 1, providing an extension of the European patent system with a centralized post-grant procedure and the ability to bring disputes before a Unified Patent Court (UPC).

Full coverage of Unitary Patent information is now available in CAS STNext in databases covering EP patent publications, including CAplusSM, Derwent World Patents Index (DWPI), INPADOCDB/INPAFAMDB, and EPFULL.
