Patent Genetic Sequence Database PATGENE reloaded and enhanced

The patent sequence database PATGENE (previously PCTGEN) for nucleotide and amino acid and bio sequences submitted to the World Patent Organization (WIPO) plus bibliographic information has been reloaded. The similarity searching packages BLAST and GETSIM (FASTA) have been updated, new BLAST algorithms are available and the bibliographic data has been enhanced.

The reload of PATGENE will be followed by the reload of the other two other Biosequence files DGENE (GENESEQ) and USGENE in the next months.
